How can I connect apps to Workiz with Zapier?
Step 1: Log in or sign up to Zapier
Visit the Zapier website, and follow the instructions to log in or sign up.
Step 2: Create a Zap
Create a workflow that connects the Workiz app to another app.
Step 3: Select a Trigger
Choose a trigger, such as the creation of a new job or a change in job status, then select the corresponding action. For example, you can set it so that when an email is sent, an event is automatically added to your Gmail calendar.
Step 4: Submit your Workflow
Once your workflow is set, click on "Use Zap."
Step 5: Sign in to Workiz
When prompted, sign in to your Workiz account.
Step 6: Copy your Workiz API key
Next, you'll be asked to enter your Workiz API key.
To locate your API Key in your Workiz account, please do the following:
1. Log in to your Workiz account.

3. Click the "Developer" tab
4. Click on "Generate API Credentials" and then copy your API key and API secret
5. Paste your key back into your Zapier account and then click on “Continue.”
Your Workiz account should now be successfully connected!
What Workiz triggers can I use?
There are three triggers from Workiz that you can use when creating "Zaps."
1. Create a New Job
When a new job is created, an event will be automatically added to your Google calendar.
2. Job Status Change
When changing a job to "In Progress", a folder will be automatically added to your Google Drive.
3. Job Completion
When a job is marked "done" in Workiz, a thank you email will be automatically sent through Constant Contact.
