Setup your Chatbot

  1. Go to "Settings" from the top-right menu.


2. Scroll down and click "Chatbot Settings" under "Integrations".

3. Select your Chatbot welcome text and color. Then upload your logo.

4. Add the services you want clients to book with your chatbot. You can type any kind of service you would like to offer.

5. Add the Chatbot to your website.

  • Option n.1: Send the code directly to the person who manages your business website (he'll know what to do!).

  • Option n.2: Do it yourself: Click on the link below for further details.

6. Click "Hours of Operation" to define your business hours and availability.

7. Try it out - If the code was added correctly, you should be able to see the chat on your bottom right corner.

8. Check your "Inbox" and automatically add the appointment you received from your chatbot as a new job!
