Connecting your Zoom account to Workiz

  1. Go to Settings from the top right menu and then click "Zoom" under integrations.


 2. Click "Connect Workiz and Zoom" to connect the accounts.

3. Allow Workiz to access your Zoom account, this will allow Workiz to create meetings on your behalf and store recording links if any.

Starting a meeting from a job

  1. Open any job and click "Start Zoom Meeting".

2. A pop up will appear with the meeting url and a message for your client.
If a meeting was already created for this job, you will see an option to start the meeting or send it to the client again.

3. When a meeting ends your activity feed will be updated with the meeting's duration.

4. If the meeting was recorded (Zoom paid accounts), a new file attachment will be added with a link to your meeting recording.
Meeting recordings could take up to 5 minutes to finish processing.

Staring a meeting from a message.

  1. Open your message inbox.
  2. Open a conversation with the person you wish to start a meeting with.
  3. Click the video icon to generate a meeting.

4. A message with a meeting link should appear in the reply box.
5. Click send to send the invite, you can send by Email or text message.
6. Once the meeting has ended the conversation will have a new message with the meetings duration.

7. If the meeting was recorded (Zoom paid accounts), a new message will be added with a link to your meeting recording.
Meeting recordings could take up to 5 minutes to finish processing.

Disconnecting your Zoom account

  1. Go to settings from the top right menu
  2. Click the "Zoom video meetings" under integrations
  3. Click "Disconnect" to disconnect your Zoom and Workiz accounts

Uninstalling Workiz From Your Zoom Account

  1. Log into your zoom account and navigate to the Zoom app marketplace
  2. Click Manage -> Installed Apps 
  3. Click the Workiz App
  4. Click Uninstall
