If you want to look more professional and strengthen your business brand you can easily add a call greeting from your auto-receptionist. You can use a default greeting or create one of your own.

How does it work? 

Option n.1 - Record your own greeting and upload it.

Option n.2 - Write the message you want the client to hear once they call and we will create an audio record for you (it works like magic!).

Step 1. Go to Calls page

Step 2. Click on 'Settings' and then 'Call Flows'.

Step 3. Click on 'Create a Call Flow'

Step 4. Hit 'Choose Next Step'. Then, on the right menu - click on 'Greeting'

Step 5. Type your greeting or upload an audio file.
