How Can You Use Workiz Dialer?

With Workiz, the dispatcher can call clients directly from Workiz software. This can be done both from the relevant client page or the relevant job.  

How Can You Call a New Number Using the Dialer?

  1. Click the 'dialer icon' at the top right-hand of your screen.

2. Dial the number you wish to call.

What About Incoming Calls?

If you put a Workiz number on your site or any other marketing channel, when clients call you - you can pick up the phone using the software, meaning - right from your desktop. 

Also when the dispatcher opens a new job, Workiz automatically fills out the client number field and the call source field with the relevant job source (Site, Yelp, Facebook page, etc.) which will save you time and energy. 

Communication Through Workiz Inbox

The dispatcher and technician can also text one another as well as clients through your Workiz inbox. This offers clients a better overall experience.
