The starter team comes with 1 free number.
The team plan comes with 5 free numbers.
The professional plan comes with 10 free numbers.
Additional numbers cost 2$/m.
Every time you schedule a new job, Workiz sends the client and technician an automatic text message reminder, which the customer can reply to via text or phone.
You can also use your Workiz number to make and receive phone calls. All calls are automatically recorded and saved under the relevant job and client page in Workiz.
If you already selected your Workiz number, you can skip to Step 2.
Step 1 - Select Your Workiz Number (Local or Toll-Free)
From your home page, press on 'Calls' on the left-hand side.
2. Click on the 'Get Number' button.
We recommend selecting a local phone number in the area code you work in, as customers are more likely to answer a call or text from a number in their area. Workiz will automatically suggest a number for you to use.
3. If you are satisfied and would like to keep that number, click 'Get Number'.
Don’t like the number suggested? No problem. Click 'Search Again' and enter your preferred area code to suggest a new number.

That’s it! You're ready to go!
We will automatically forward the calls you receive from your Workiz number to the phone number that you signed up with. You can easily change it from here.
Step 2- Test Your New Number
Call your number, listen to your greeting, and see how everything works.
Then call a friend's number using Workiz dialer (don’t call your own number if you are forwarding calls to that number).
Step 3 - Add Your Workiz Phone Number To Your Site or Any Marketing Channel That You Use
To enjoy the phone system features, clients need to call your Workiz number.
You can put it on your site, your Yelp, BBB, Angie's List, Facebook, Twitter page, or any other marketing channel that you use. After you add your new Workiz number to your preferred marketing channel, every call you get to this number will be tracked, recorded, and saved in Workiz.
