How to Sync QuickBooks for those with an existing QuickBooks Account:

  1. At the top, right of your screen, click the Settings cogwheel.

2. From the drop-down menu, select Settings.

3. From the General Settings page, scroll down to the Integrations Section. Select QuickBooks Sync.

4. The QuickBooks Sync page opens. Click Connect to QuickBooks

5. If you have an existing QuickBooks account:
Select Sign in with Google or enter your email/user ID and password and click Sign In.

6. Select Connect.

7. You’re now back at Wokiz on the QuickBooks Sync page. Click Sync With QuickBooks to Sync your existing QuickBooks with Workiz.

8. When your sync is successful you’ll see a success message at the top of your screen. Your two-way sync between Workiz and Quickbooks is all set up and ready to go.

How to Sync Your QuickBooks with Workiz
(For those who do not have an existing QuickBooks account)

  1. At the top, right of your screen, click the Settings cogwheel.

2. From the drop-down menu, select Settings.

3. From the General Settings page, scroll down to the Integrations Section. Select QuickBooks Sync.

4. The QuickBooks Sync page opens. Click Connect to QuickBooks

5. If you do not have an existing QuickBooks account:

Click Sign up now at the top of the screen and create your QuickBooks account.

6. Click Continue and set up Quickbooks (or Choose a different plan.)

7. Confirm your Company Name and tick the terms and services box. Select Continue when you’re done.

8. Select Connect.

9. You’re now back at Wokiz on the QuickBooks Sync page. Click Sync With QuickBooks to Sync your existing QuickBooks with Workiz.

10. When your sync is successful you’ll see a success message at the top of your screen. Your two-way sync between Workiz and Quickbooks is all set up and ready to go.
