How to Sync QuickBooks With an Existing QuickBooks Account:

1. Go to 'Settings'.


2. Under 'Integrations', click on 'QuickBooks Sync'.

3. The QuickBooks Sync page opens. Click 'Connect to QuickBooks'

4. If you have an existing QuickBooks account:
Select 'Sign in' with Google or enter your email/user ID and password. Then click 'Sign in'.

5. Select 'Connect'.

6. You will arrive back at Workiz on the QuickBooks sync page. Click 'Sync With QuickBooks' to sync your existing QuickBooks with Workiz.

7. When your sync is successful you’ll see a success message at the top of your screen. Your two-way sync between Workiz and Quickbooks is all set up and ready to go.

How to Sync With Workiz If You Do Not Have an Existing QuickBooks Account:

  1. Go to QuickBooks.com.

  2. Click 'Sign up now' at the top of the screen and create your QuickBooks account.

3. Click 'Continue' and set up QuickBooks (or choose a different plan).

4. Confirm your company name and check the terms and services box. Select 'Continue' when you’re done.

5. Select 'Connect'.

6. You will arrive back at Workiz on the QuickBooks sync page. Click 'Sync With QuickBooks' to sync your existing QuickBooks with Workiz.

7. When your sync is successful you’ll see a success message at the top of your screen. Your two-way sync between Workiz and Quickbooks is all set up and ready to go.
