If you haven’t selected your Workiz phone number then it’s time that you did!

Every Workiz customer gets one Workiz number included with their Workiz account FOR FREE! So if you haven’t picked your Workiz number yet, it’s time to get started.

Start making and receiving calls with your Workiz Softphone, a softphone that’s built in right inside your browser. Keep track of all of your calls between clients and techs, know which happened with each and every customer, understand how your staff is interacting with customers and keep records of every single customer interaction.

Selecting Your Workiz Phone Number:

  1. Sign up for your Workiz account
  2. Click the Pick a Number button at the top left of your screen.

3. Workiz will automatically suggest a number for you to use. If you are satisfied and would like to keep that number, click Get Number.

OR: Don’t like the number suggested?
No problem. Click Search again and enter in your preferred area code to suggest a new number. Continue this process if you still don’t like the number suggested. Click Get Number when you’re finally satisfied.

4. That’s it! You’ve selected your Workiz number and you’re ready to make calls. You will be able to see your number when you make calls from your Workiz Softphone (located at the top right of the screen in Desktop,)

and under Voice>Numbers.

5. You can also click Get New Number if you’d like a second Workiz number, or multiple Workiz numbers (you can have as many as you’d like.) You can select US, Canadian, local or toll free numbers, in the area code of your choice, that contains digits of your choice. Pick one or thousands of numbers for your home service business.

6. The Buy Number screen will open. Select Get Number when you’re satisfied or continue searching for numbers until you’re satisfied.

7. You’ll see a verification screen letting you know your number was purchased, when you’ve successfully selected your Workiz number. (You can continue to assign calls to call flows or create call flows for each Workiz number. You can go back to Voice>Flows to create your flows and assign numbers to each flow.)

Alternatively, here's how you can select a new Workiz Number:

  1. You can also create a new Workiz number by logging into your Workiz account and clicking Voice, from the left-hand navigation panel.

2. Click, Get A Number.

3. You can select US, Canadian, local or toll free numbers, in the area code of your choice, that contains digits of your choice. Pick one or thousands of numbers for your home service business.

4. The Buy Number screen will open. Select Get Number when you’re satisfied or continue searching for numbers until you’re satisfied.
