Setting up your business hours in Workiz is simple and it will let your customers know when you can be reached! The hours set are system-wide and viewable via your online booking widget and more.

To set up your business hours in Workiz:

1. Go to 'Settings'.

2. Under 'General Settings', click on 'Schedule Settings'.

3. Under 'Business hours' click on the 'Set Your Hours' button.

4. Select the days and times your business operates, or select 'Always open', if you would like your hours to show as 24/7 (ideal for some locksmiths, roadside assistance or emergency service providers.)

5. From the Schedule Settings page you can also select your visible hours range and create schedule templates.

6. Click Save when you’re satisfied.
