1. Click Voice from the left navigation

2. Click "Flows" to edit your call flow

3. Edit the call flow you wish to forward
Note: numbers are assigned to call flows, the call flow sets the path of the call once a call is received.

4. In your call flow, expand the Forward widget by clicking Show.

5. Under the "Forward call to whom" section you can either enter a phone number, or pick from your users, devices or groups.

   5.1 Use the number field to enter a number manually

5.2 Use the User or group section to select forwarding to a user or forward simultaneously to a group.

6. Click save and all the numbers assigned to this call flow will now forward to your new selection.
