Using T-Mobile as your cell phone carrier?

Messages sent via the T-Mobile network are sometimes filtered and counted as spam.

This is especially true if your text messages contain promotional text or links (this could be your job confirmation links).


Your techs that are using T-Mobile can opt out of this spam filtering, by contacting T-Mobile customer care, and requesting to remove the block on Toll-Free / business messaging from their account.
