You can define users that will get mobile notifications for every incoming and outgoing messages on your account.

Important: You will need to have a pro user enabled and the mobile app installed on your mobile device.

How to set up

On your left menu click Team to view your users.
Next click the name of the user you wish to enable notifications for.

In the user page:
Check "Notify In App for all incoming" to get a notification for any incoming message.
Check "Notify In App for all outgoing" to get a notification for any outgoing message.

What will trigger the notifications?

For incoming:
All SMS messages sent to your Workiz number
All emails sent to your Workiz email (
account_name@msg.workiz.com)
All incoming replies from client emails

For outgoing:
All SMS messages sent to you techs (including job messages)
All outgoing invoice and estimate messages
