Make sure you and the other teammates (for example admins or managers) get notified for every incoming and outgoing message on your account. This can be for SMS messages, emails sent to your Workiz account, and all incoming replies from clients.
How Can You Set It Up?
On your left menu click 'Team' to view your users.
Click the name of the user you wish to enable notifications for.
3. From the user page:
Check "Notify In-App for all incoming" to get a notification for any incoming message.
Check "Notify In-App for all outgoing" to get a notification for any outgoing message.
What Will Trigger the Notifications?
For incoming notifications:
* All SMS messages that are sent to your Workiz number
* All emails that are sent to your Workiz email (account_name@msg.workiz.com)
* All incoming replies from client emails
For outgoing notifications:
* All SMS messages that are sent from your techs (including job messages)
* All outgoing invoices and estimates
Important: You will need to have a pro user enabled and the mobile app installed on your mobile device.
