In this article, you will learn how to reset your own password in Workiz.

If you are unable to access your Workiz account because of a forgotten password, you can easily reset it to regain access.

Workiz provides two methods for resetting your own password depending on whether or not you can access your account. 

Resetting password while logged in

From the sidebar navigation, select Team

In the upper-right corner, select Reset password

Complete the Change password fields:

1. Current password: Enter your current password
2. New password: Enter your new password
3. Select Change

1. From the sidebar navigation, select Team
 
2. Open your user profile
 
3. In the upper-right corner, select Reset password
 
 
4. Complete the Change password fields:
 
 1. Current password: Enter your current password
 2. New password: Enter your new password
 3. Select Change

Open the <a href="https://app.workiz.com/root/home" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Workiz login page</a> and select Forgot password?

Enter your email address and select RESET PASSWORD

1. Open the <a href="https://app.workiz.com/root/home" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Workiz login page</a> and select Forgot password?
 
 
2. Enter your email address and select RESET PASSWORD

If the email address you entered matches one found in our system, you will receive an email that includes the option to change your password.
